1. Lea la forma de reglas de Zoom (las tenemos en inglés y español)
2. Léelos con su hijo/hija para que conozca lo que se espera de el/ella en clase.
3. Imprima el acuerdo y lo firman pade/madree hijo/a
4. Devolver un acuerdo firmado a la Sra. María Elena Burgos / Coordinadora de Confirmación a la oficina parroquial:
- 616 N. Rossmore Ave; Los Angeles, CA 90004 o
- Enviarlo por email a ctklaoffice@gmail.com
Lo sentimos, pero ningún estudiante será admitido al programa sin el acuerdo firmado por padre y estudiante.

Instructions.
1. Read the rules of Zoom class (we have them in English and Spanish)
2. Read them with your son/daughter so he/she knows what is expected of him/her in class.
3. Print it and both of you sign it.
4. Return only the signed form to Mrs. Maria Elena Burgos/Confirmation Coordinator to the Parish Office:

- Upload them to ctklaoffice@gmail.com
Sorry but No student will be admitted to the program without the signed parent/student agreement.
